My father is more than a mentor — he’s the reason this all began. Every cast and every catch shaped what came next, and I can never thank him enough for the lessons and guidance that started it all.

The passion started young — just two and a half years old, rod in hand, fish flopping on the bank, and no plans on slowing down. From creek banks to farm ponds, that early addiction to fishing grew into a lifelong obsession.

Fast forward to 2018, Bassmaster Open on Lake Oneida, NY — storm rolling, spinning rod in hand, hunkered down over the shoals chasing smallmouth bass. That’s where the spark ignited: the first bait concept that would eventually become known as the "EVO Mite". A little research, a stock silicone mold, a single gallon of plastisol, and the drive to build something better.

Although it wasn’t known then, that moment was more than an idea — it was the start of what would eventually become "INVINCI CORE".

The grind — hard lessons and curveballs that life threw at us. Choices had to be made, and mistakes and accidents were bound to happen. Some lessons hit harder than others. We tested and failed over and over again. We tried new things — some didn’t work, some did — and through this we learned what worked and what never would. The learning curve wasn’t just about baits and molds; it was about life itself.

Behind the scenes, the grind went far beyond the failing bait shop. There were battles with addiction, the weight of home life struggles, and moments when it felt like everything was slipping away. Design failures, patent setbacks, and times of losing hope and faith all became part of the journey. Sacrifices had to be made, and sometimes we had to step back, breathe, and reset. But every setback demanded strength, and every failure brought perspective. What once nearly broke us became the fuel that drove the next wave of innovation.

Support from friends, family, and those who believed in us from the start gave us a leg to stand on. That was exactly what we needed — a reminder that we weren’t alone in this. Our mindset shifted from “What if?” to “We can, and we will.”

Taking a leap of faith, we moved the shop from Ohio to South Carolina. It didn’t come without risk, but it was the fresh start we needed. From the ground up, we built our space by hand — every board cut, every nail driven, every layout designed for precision and purpose. Efficiency became our foundation, and passion became the blueprint "Measure Twice and Cut Once".

In today’s world, a positive online presence matters. Every post, picture, video, comment, hashtag means something. It fuels our fire and keeps us moving forward. Our team, affiliates, customers, and friends are the lifeline of Invinci Core. While juggling a full-time job outside of the brand, we rely on their passion to tell our story — the affordability, the durability, the performance, and the pride — that's makes our baits stand out.

Along the way, new friendships, collaborations, and connections have helped shaped our path. We’ve learned to listen, adapt, and evolve — taking in outside perspectives while staying true to our core values and goals. Every piece of feedback, every shared success, and every challenge we face together continues to define our direction.

The next chapter of Invinci Core is about innovation with purpose. We’re redefining durability — crafting baits that last longer, perform better, and stay affordable without sacrificing quality. Every design is tested, refined, and built with the same grit that started this journey years ago. What began as an idea has grown into a movement, pushing the limits of what anglers can expect from their gear.
