Welcome to Invinci Core (the “Services”). By visiting our site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or reject for any reason (e.g., fraud review, inventory limits, errors).
• Prices: USD unless stated otherwise; may change without notice. Taxes & shipping shown at checkout.
• Errors: We may correct inaccuracies including after purchase and cancel/refund impacted orders.
• Promotions: Discounts/bundles may have separate terms and can be modified or ended at any time.

We accept the methods shown at checkout (e.g., major cards, Shop Pay, PayPal). By submitting a method, you represent you are authorized to use it and authorize us (and our processors) to charge your order total.

Estimates are not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you. Verify your address carefully—orders shipped to the address provided are considered delivered. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Eligibility, timelines, and instructions are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items must meet stated conditions to be accepted. Proof of purchase may be required.

We aim for accurate descriptions, but variations (e.g., color, finish) may occur. Our fishing products (including hooks/tools) should be used responsibly and in compliance with local regulations. You assume all risks associated with handling, assembly, modification, and use.

All Site content—including Invinci Core® marks, logos, product names, images, videos, and text—is owned by Invinci Core or our licensors and protected by IP laws. No license is granted except as necessary to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

If you submit content (“User Content”), you grant Invinci Core a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display it in any media for marketing and operational purposes. You represent you own/control the rights and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

• Violating laws or regulations;
• Infringing IP or privacy rights;
• Transmitting malware or harmful code;
• Fraud, deception, or abuse;
• Scraping or harvesting data without consent;
• Interfering with security or operation of the Site.

The Site may include third-party tools or links (e.g., payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your interactions are solely between you and those third parties.

Programs such as Become a Dealer, Affiliate Program, and Sponsorships may include separate agreements or eligibility rules. Where conflicts arise, the program-specific terms control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invinci Core and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or use. In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Invinci Core from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflicts rules. Informal Resolution: contact us first at Contact. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis; you waive any right to class actions or jury trials. If arbitration is unenforceable, exclusive venue is in the state or federal courts in Charleston County, South Carolina.

We may update the Services and these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted here unless stated otherwise. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms and referenced policies (Privacy, Shipping, Refunds) form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
