We hand-pack every order with the same care we put into our baits and maker supplies. The notes below outline how we process, ship, and support your order from cart to water.

Processing Time

  • Standard processing: 1–3 business days
  • Orders after 4:00 PM ET begin processing the next business day
  • Made-to-order or large kit builds may add 1–2 business days

Carriers & Speeds

  • We primarily ship via USPS and UPS with Standard, Priority, and Expedited options.
  • Transit times are estimates and begin after your order ships
  • Rural areas or carrier delays may extend delivery windows
Rates & Free Shipping
  • Real-time rates calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and speed
  • Free shipping threshold: Orders over $60 within the continental U.S. for NON Bait Makers Hub Items.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is in transit
Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking email when your label is created. You can also track any time using the button above.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
  • Need a correction? Email InvinciCore@gmail.com before the order ships
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship to an updated address (additional postage may apply)
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged in Transit
  • If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, contact us — we’ll help file a trace with the carrier
  • Damaged order? Email photos and your order number within 7 days so we can make it right
International Shipping & Customs
  • We ship to select countries — duties/taxes may be collected upon delivery
  • Customs processing can add time beyond the carrier’s estimate
  • Customers are responsible for any import fees
PO Boxes & APO/FPO

USPS services deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Some expedited options require a street address.
