Our Promise
Every product stamped with the Invinci Core name stands for quality, durability, and American craftsmanship. We hand-pour, hand-paint, and hand-tie every piece to deliver premium performance. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll make it right—period.
Eligible Returns (30 Days)
- Item is unused and in original packaging
- Include your order number or receipt
- No custom/limited-edition items (final sale)
Non-Returnable
- Opened/used soft plastics, skirts, or pigments
- Custom kits or color mixes
- Discounted/clearance items
- Gift cards or digital downloads
Damaged or Defective Items
- Email InvinciCore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include order number + clear photos
- We’ll send a replacement or refund—no hassle
Exchanges
Need a different color, size, or bait style? We’ll exchange items of equal value if the original is unused and returned safely.
Refund Processing
- Refunds go to the original payment method
- Allow 5–7 business days after we receive the return
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it was our error
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:
- You received the wrong item, or
- The product arrived damaged
Use protective packaging similar to how the order arrived.
